FAQs
Question:
Why is my candle producing black soot?
Answer:
The burnt wick is long and you have to trim it before lighting up again. Stick to 4 hours max burning duration and extinguish thereafter. Candles are not recommended to burn continuously exceeding the recommended duration frame.

Do you self-learn from YouTube?
Answer:
Tried so, but decided to take up a Candle Mastery Course accredited from Korea.

Question:
Do you mass produce?
Answer:
No. Our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Our fragrances are limited too so once sold-out, they may not be restocked.
We do accept custom orders for wedding events and Corporate gifting. As such, we need a buffer time to import the larger quantity of the fragrance oils.
