Where is your physical store located?

We are located at 354 Alexandra Road #01-09 Alexis, Singapore 159948 (Google Map link here)

Can I self-collect? 

Yes, you may. Self-collect from Jurong West Street 42 for evenings & weekends. Weekdays from 354 Alexandra Road between 11am to 5pm. Kindly chat on WhatsApp or email us to arrange. Read more on our available mode of deliveries here : click link.

Do you support international shipping?

Not at the moment.

Where are your raw materials from?

They are mainly sourced and imported from Distributors from Australia, United States and Korea hence the higher cost incurred. We believe in maintaining the quality of all our products.

Are you a YouTube self-taught crafter?

Tried to, but decided to enroll into a Candle Mastery Course accredited from Korea. Learnt 31 different candle designs and able to craft with proper techniques.

CANDLES.

How can I know which fragrance suits me?

Good news! We have now introduced a sampler box called the Discovery Scent Kit. Each kit carries 4 different fragrances and per tealight able to last for approximately 3 hours burn time.

Can I purchase the sampler box without getting the actual candles?

Yes. Some consumers prefer to use tealights. This flexibility gives them better user experience where they don't need to commit to bigger candles but rather light the ones suitable to their current moods.

Why is my candle producing black soot?

The burnt wick is long and you have to trim it to 1/4 inch before lighting up again. Stick to 4 hours max burning duration and extinguish thereafter. Candles are not recommended to burn continuously exceeding the recommended duration frame.

Why is my candle producing a well on the top surface?

It's called "tunneling". Candles have memories and it is a best practice to fully melt the top surface during your first burn.

I bought the Scented Wax Diffuser (hanging diffuser). What is it for?

It is used in replacement of potpourri. Acts as a hanging diffuser to scent up wardrobe, cabinet so long they are stored in a cool and dry environment. Not recommended to place in a vehicle. Scrape off little by little with penknife on the back of wax if scent becomes mild. You may read more via our blog; click here.

Is it safe to light up the Flower Scented Candle with all the flowers decorated on the candle surface?

This collection is meant as a decorative candle where it gives out a very mild smell in a small space (eg. bedroom). You may use a candle heater lamp to avoid igniting the flame. Otherwise, please remove ALL decorative objects (ie. flowers, decorative beads, crystals) before lighting the candle.  

I intend to use the candle as a therapy and sleep with it.

Please don't. Candles should be lighted and monitored to avoid any unforeseen accidents. Do not leave candles unattended. You may read more via our blog; click here

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS.

What are the different payment modes I can use?

We have PayNow (supported by HitPay sevice provider). (1) Once you have placed all your items in your shopping cart, exit as normal and choose PayNow option. (2) It will calculate and provide you with a QR code. (3) Save this QR code as a picture. (4) Open your iBanking app and upload the same QR code picture so that your iBank captures all the correct information for you to proceed with payment. (5) You will be sent back to the website once payment is completed.

 

HitPay also support major credit cards, GrabPay, ShopeePay and others.
